A little about me…

I’ve spent the last 20+ years of my career working with some great teams that have delivered exceptional experiences. I’ve worked both agency and client-side, and my roles have been very diverse – from designer and experience architect to front/back end developer and CRM strategist. These roles have given me a unique perspective on the full-cycle customer experience, and what it means to develop products and experiences that delight customers. Not at just a single touchpoint, but throughout a customer’s journey with a brand.

My career highlights include the privilege of working on 2 Super Bowl campaigns along with multiple large-scale digital transformation projects. All those experiences have taught me valuable lessons about the importance of teamwork, dedication, heart, hard work and collaboration. Through those experiences, the learnings from successes and failures have allowed me to continue my personal growth and journey as an individual contributor and leader.

As a leader, I have always taken servant-based approach through listening, understanding and leveraging team strengths. Through this I feel we can collectively produce work that’s innovative and meaningful and continue our journey of growth, mentorship, and giving back.

When I’m not working in the digital spaces, I’m a proud girl-dad to 3 beautiful daughters, Chief Executive Frisbee Thrower (CEFT) to my English Springer Spaniel (Maizey), and a professional guitarist in the Pittsburgh-region.

And, as a native Chicagoan, I love to cheer for my Cubs, Bears, Hawks and Bulls (sorry South Siders).
